Sauté
Suaté is a prototyped app designed to connect personal chefs with those in need of in-home cooking services. Chefs can be singularly booked for a special night or event or contracts can offered working opportunities. The app has both client and service provider portals that cater to the unique needs of each kind of user.
Project Highlights:
Focused on user centered design by conducting user research to understand the needs of those offering their services and prospective clients.
Offering a cross-function platform that accommodates both types of users through user-specific flows.
Created a clear, hierarchical information architecture with a focus on ease of use, enabling users to quickly find and book services.
Ensured the app met WCAG guidelines, including readable fonts, color contrast, and screen reader compatibility.
Worked within the Google UX Certification framework, documenting the design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
Conducted usability tests with target users, iterating on the design to improve task completion rates and user satisfaction.
